Engagement ring questions
How much does an engagement ring cost at One2Three?
Most of our engagement rings cost $450–2,000. Simple diamond and moissanite designs start at about $300, lab-grown diamond solitaires and natural emerald rings are about $1,800–2,000, and statement halo and eternity rings run $4,000–9,900. Gold designs are solid 14K gold, never plated, and every ring is made to order.
Are your engagement rings real gold and real diamonds?
Yes. Gold engagement rings are solid 14K gold, never plated. Diamonds are real: you can choose natural or lab-grown diamonds, and each listing states the stone type, size and quality. Center diamonds of 4 mm and larger come with an independent laboratory grading report.
Natural diamond, lab-grown diamond or moissanite: what is the difference?
Natural and lab-grown diamonds are both real diamonds with the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale) and sparkle; lab-grown costs much less for the same size. Moissanite is a different lab-created gemstone (about 9.25 on the Mohs scale) with more rainbow fire and the lowest price.
How long does it take to receive an engagement ring?
Each ring is made to order in 7–15 business days, then shipped with tracking. U.S. delivery usually takes 10–14 days, so plan about 4 weeks before a proposal. Custom designs take about 4–6 weeks in total.
What if I don't know her ring size?
Order your best estimate: resizing is free and you only cover shipping to us. Our ring size guide explains how to measure a ring she already wears. Unworn full-price rings can be returned within 30 days; sale and promo-code items can be exchanged for another size.
Can you make a custom engagement ring?
Yes. Send a photo, sketch or idea; we create a 3D design for your approval before casting it in solid gold. Most custom engagement rings cost $1,500–3,500.
