You will receive the initial renderings (CAD) of your custom jewelry in four to seven business days. Once you have decided all about custom jewelry, we start creating a 3D rendering of your jewelry and confirm the final price.
Production Custom Jewelry time takes 7-14 days (it depend on the complexity of execution). If the custom design is based on an existing ring, the designer may get started straight away. In this case you get the ring earlier (production takes 5-7 days).
1. Process Custom Engagement Rings
To get started, you need to contact us and tell us about your engagement ring of the dream. Then you get select a center stone or several gemstones and converse to one of our customer service representatives. They help you to solve all about your requirements and determine the budget. Once the design direction is established, we start to make the order and take a non-refundable, 50% deposit.
Two changes are allowed for the initial design. Changes include modifications to the original concept such as changing prongs to the bezel, adding or removing diamonds or gemstones, changes in sizes like band thickness, stone orientation or size, and metal quality or color.
After your preliminary sketch has been approved, we will begin creating your unique piece using wax casting.
Deposits for custom jewelry are non-refundable. Your deposit is used to cover work and expense of the original design and materials sourcing, and so is not eligible for a refund. Abandoned or not purchased custom jewelry is also non-refundable.
3. Billing Custom Jewelry
There will be two payments in total, 50% of the design quote prior to starting the design in CAD, and the final balance at the end of the design/render process, prior to starting any fabrication. Any additional design or render charges will be billed in the second payment.
