Free 30 Day Returns & Resizes
30-day returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Sale items and discount codes
Sale items and orders placed with a discount code are not eligible for a refund, but you can exchange them for a different size within 30 days as long as the item is unworn.
Free resizing
Standard ring styles get one free resize within 30 days of delivery. Dainty thin bands and eternity rings can't be resized because of their design, so please check your size with our ring size guide before ordering.
Not returnable
- Engraved or custom-made pieces, unless defective
- Items marked "Final Sale"
Lifetime warranty
Every One2Three Jewelry piece comes with a lifetime warranty. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it free of charge, including sale items.
How to start a return or exchange
Email contact@one2threejewelry.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service.
