All our jewelry is handcrafted. The processing time usually takes up to 10-15 business days, plus 3 days for engraving jewelry.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track the parcel when it is on its way to you.

    We don't rely on mass production. Your jewelry is individually crafted for you to ensure perfection. Please allow 5-7 business days for creation, followed by 10-14 days for delivery to the USA.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Absolutely. We want you to be completely in love with your piece. If for any reason you are not, we offer a stress-free 30-day return policy. For your convenience, returns are processed directly through our US-based warehouse.

  • Can I customize a ring?

    Yes. Because we craft everything in-house, we can easily customize gemstones, gold color, or create a bespoke design from scratch to match your vision.
