All our jewelry is handcrafted. The processing time usually takes up to 5-7 business days.

Australia - 14-30 days
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track the parcel when it is on its way to you.
You can also log into your account at any time to review your order status.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us before your order is dispatched.

    We take pride in our quality. We work exclusively with Solid 14K Gold and 925 Sterling Silver.

  • How long does shipping take?

    We don't rely on mass production. Your jewelry is individually crafted for you to ensure perfection. Please allow 5-7 business days for creation, followed by 10-14 days for delivery to the USA.

  • Do you accept returns?

    Absolutely. We want you to be completely in love with your piece. If for any reason you are not, we offer a stress-free 30-day return policy. For your convenience, returns are processed directly through our US-based warehouse.

  • Can I customize a ring?

    Yes. Because we craft everything in-house, we can easily customize gemstones, gold color, or create a bespoke design from scratch to match your vision.
