Production time

Every One2Three Jewelry piece is handcrafted to order in our family workshop. Production takes 7–15 business days, plus up to 3 business days for engraving. Need it by a specific date? Email us before ordering and we will check what is possible.

Shipping cost

Orders of $100 or more ship free with tracking worldwide. For orders under $100, tracked shipping to some countries costs $20; the exact rate is shown at checkout.

Delivery time after shipping

• United States: 10–14 days (tracked USPS)
• UK and Europe: 10–12 days
• Canada: 12–21 days
• Australia: 14–30 days

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status in your account.

Customs and import duties

United States: all import duties and taxes are covered by us, so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
Other countries: local customs fees or import taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Every piece arrives gift-ready in a branded One2Three jewelry box with a soft pouch inside.
