Q: Can I customize the stone or metal?
A: Yes! Since we are Direct Manufacturers (not resellers), we can modify any design. We can swap the center stone for Moissanite, Lab-Grown Diamond, Sapphire. Just chat with us or leave a note at checkout!

Q: How do I know my size? (True to Size?)
A: Our rings fit True to US Sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit. We can also craft quarter sizes (e.g., 5.25 or 6.75) for a perfect fit—just specify this in the "Order Notes" in your cart.

Q: How long does production take?
A: Because this is Handcrafted to Order specifically for you (no old stock!), please allow 5-7 days for our jewelers to cast, set, and polish your ring before shipping.

Q: What is the Warranty?
A: We stand by our quality. Every ring comes with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. If a stone feels loose or there is a structural issue, we will fix it.
