Lifetime warranty

We provide a lifetime warranty for all our products. We repair all rings absolutely free of charge. We also resize the ring free of charge (one time). The only thing payable is the lost stone, which must be replaced.

In the event of physical damage to the jewelry (you pay the cost of the precious stones), if the stones fall out of undamaged jewelry, we will pay for the stones. You also pay for shipping costs for repairs in both directions.

In case of physical damage to the ring, you pay for the repair in full. The cost of repair can be clarified after the expertise of our jeweler. Also, separately clarify the repair and delivery times for your damaged jewelry.

If you intentionally concealed the damage to the jewelry, and our examination discovered it, you will still have to pay for the repair, as well as the fallen stone. If the stone fell out of undamaged jewelry, then we pay for the stone.
