How long does it take to make and ship an order?

Every One2Three Jewelry piece is made to order. Production takes 7–15 business days, plus up to 3 business days for engraving. US orders then arrive in about 10–14 days by tracked USPS shipping, and international orders in about 10–15 days after shipping. Need it by a specific date? Contact us before ordering. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $100 or more ship free with tracking worldwide. For orders under $100, tracked shipping to some countries costs $20, and the exact rate is shown at checkout. For US orders, all import duties and taxes are covered by us; outside the US, local customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

What materials does One2Three Jewelry use?

We make jewelry in solid 14K gold (yellow, white and rose) and 925 sterling silver, including gold-plated sterling silver styles. Stones include diamonds, moissanite, cubic zirconia and gemstones such as sapphire, ruby, emerald and aquamarine. Each product page lists the exact metal, stone size and band width.

Do you make custom rings and personalized jewelry?

Yes. We create custom and personalized rings, including engraving and fully custom designs. Send your idea, reference images, preferred metal, ring size and budget to contact@one2threejewelry.com, or start a custom ring inquiry.

Who makes One2Three Jewelry?

One2Three Jewelry is a family jewelry brand founded in 2007 and selling online since 2011. Every piece is handcrafted to order in our own workshop through a full-cycle process: design, casting, stone setting, engraving and polishing.

How do I find my ring size?

Use our ring size guide before ordering. For the most accurate result, measure a ring that already fits or visit a local jeweler. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order and we will help you choose.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, and refunds go to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the item. Sale items and orders with discount codes can't be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size. Engraved and custom-made pieces can't be returned unless defective. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our return and exchange policy.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes. Standard ring styles get one free resize within 30 days of delivery. Dainty thin bands and eternity rings can't be resized, so please check your size before ordering. Email us your order number and the size you need.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every One2Three Jewelry piece comes with a lifetime warranty. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it free of charge.

Is the jewelry gift-ready?

Yes. Every piece arrives in a branded One2Three jewelry box with a soft pouch inside, ready to give.
