Return & Exchange Policies
Returns
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
If our jewelry doesn't suit you, we will make a refund within 30 days after purchase. Just end the item back and we will issue a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note the items can't be returned or exchanged. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
1. Custom or personalized orders.
2. Items on Sale
3. Products purchased using a discount coupon
4. We also do not refund money for parcels that customers do not voluntarily pick up from the post office.
5. We do not accept goods if they are damaged or defective.
The product (returned or exchanged) must be in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. But if you need to exchange it for the same item or for the different size, send us an email contact@one2threejewelry.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
